Non-USA Shipments Packages delivered outside the USA may incur customs or import taxes. We have no control over whether your country will charge customs or import taxes when the package reaches your country. We write on customs forms what is inside each package as well as the cost of your order. The person who receives the order is responsible for paying all costs associated with moving their package through their country's customs or import tax system and we cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs. We recommend that you contact your local customs or import office for further information on what these charges may be before you make an order. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS We take every precaution to safely pack all boxes for shipment. Due to possible rough handling by carrier, all merchandise should be inspected upon receipt. If you believe the products inside are damaged, open the box while the delivery carrier is still there. If found damaged, reject the delivery. If you do not reject the box at delivery time you are responsible for filing a shipping claim with the carrier for credit. We will not reship replacement items for carrier damage unless you reject the package at the time of delivery. REFUSED SHIPMENTS DO NOT refuse shipments unless boxes show damage and you have verified the products inside are damaged. If you refuse shipment due to any reason other than box damage and the boxes are returned to us we will require repayment of the shipping from your order before we will reship. BACKORDERS We rarely are out of stock on an item but it does happen on occasion. In the event of a backorder we will ship the items we have immediately. The out of stock items on your order will be backordered and shipped as soon as we gain stock.
